We are seeking a motivated HVAC Apprentice to join our dedicated team and grow within the heating and cooling trade. HVAC experience is a plus, but not required - we are willing to train the right candidate. Work hours: 8 am - 4 pm Monday to Friday with an on-call rotation Pay Scale: starting $18 - 22/hr, depending on experience and skill level Our Benefits 50% company-paid health insurance for the employee Vision and dental insurance available for purchase 6 paid holidays Paid vacation 401(k) with up to 4% company match Company-paid industry-related training Company support with acquiring industry-related certifications Position Summary: To assist HVAC technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in residential and light commercial settings while learning the trade through hands-on experience and formal training. Required Qualifications Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Strong interest in the HVAC trade and willingness to learn Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand and power tools Ability to follow instructions and work alongside experienced technicians Good communication and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in various indoor/outdoor environments Previous HVAC or construction experience is a plus but not required
