Job Description Job Description Overview CTG is seeking to fill a Press Operator position for our client. Location: Eden Prairie, MN Duration: Permanent Placement Schedule: Week 1: Mon–Wed, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Week 2: Mon–Thu, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (alternating) Why Join Us: Operate a state-of-the-art Komori GL 840P Advance LED UV 8-color press Opportunity for advancement and skill growth Competitive pay benefits package Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain the press to meet production goals Troubleshoot mechanical and print issues quickly and efficiently Monitor job specifications and maintain accurate production records Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow and minimize downtime Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment clean Qualifications: 5 years of Press Operator experience ( sheetfed press required ) Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work overnight hours and maintain consistent attendance Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus) Physical Requirements: Standing 90% of the time; walking 10% Lift and carry up to 50 lbs Closed-toe shoes required Confidentiality & Communication: May have access to confidential files and materials Regular communication with team members and supervisors required Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
