Why You’ll Want This Job $20–$22/hour competitive pay 4?day workweek with long weekends Clean, climate?controlled environment No heavy physical labor Promotion opportunities from within Stable production role with modern equipment What You’ll Do Perform automated optical inspection (AOI) on assemblies in production Inspect surface mount soldering for quality and accuracy Start up and shut down inspection equipment Identify and report defects; stop production if issues are found Maintain accurate inspection and production records Use a microscope for detailed visual inspections ? What We’re Looking For Experience in electronic inspection or quality control Knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT) and soldering Ability to read wiring schematics AOI experience is a plus Experience in electronics, machine operation, or medical/electrical manufacturing preferred Work Environment Exceptionally clean, organized, and climate?controlled facility Quiet, detail?focused work—no physical strain Production?driven role with clear processes and support Apply today to join a team where quality matters and your attention to detail makes a real impact. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
