What You’ll Do You’ll play a key role in our production workflow, supporting a variety of shop activities, including: Reading and interpreting prints, spec sheets, and 3D files Operating manual and powered CNC production equipment Assisting with 3D printer setup and basic operations Participating in casting and mold?making activities Performing post?processing and finishing on prototype parts Inspecting parts to ensure they meet quality standards Tracking jobs and progress in our ERP system Maintaining raw material inventory Helping with machine cleaning, preventative maintenance, and general shop upkeep If you enjoy variety and learning new skills, you’ll thrive here. ? Work Environment Machine shop setting 1st shift with flexible hours Standard schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Overtime available Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Menomonie, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
