In this role, you’ll collaborate with leadership across departments to enhance care delivery and implement quality improvement initiatives that promote resident well-being and satisfaction. Schedule: This role is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm CST and on call as needed. What you will need: - Active RN License for the state of Minnesota. - Strong communication, problem-solving solving and leadership skills. - 5 years or more of clinical experience in assisted living.
