Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. We are seeking a
dedicated Occupational Therapist (OTR) to provide comprehensive
support within a K-12 school setting in Shakopee, MN. This
full-time, contracted position spans the entire 2025-2026 school
year, offering an opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of
approximately 40 students across two school sites.
Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to
student needs across grades K-12 Collaborate with educators,
parents, and staff to develop and implement individualized
education plans (IEPs) Assess student progress and adapt
therapeutic interventions accordingly Maintain accurate
documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements Support
students functional abilities to enhance their academic success and
daily living skills Qualifications: Registered Occupational
Therapist (OTR) licensure is required Experience working in
school-based settings preferred Ability to manage a caseload of
approximately 40 students Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $28.78 to $58.78.
