Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) is sought to support a K-12 caseload across two school sites in Prior Lake, MN, for the full 2025-2026 school year. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to provide dedicated occupational therapy services to approximately 40 students throughout the academic year. Responsibilities include: Delivering direct occupational therapy interventions tailored to individual student needs across grades K-12 Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Conducting assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring for students receiving OT services Managing a caseload of approximately 40 students in two school locations Maintaining thorough documentation and compliance with school and state guidelines Desired qualifications and experience: Valid Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) license Experience working with K-12 school-aged children Ability to manage a diverse caseload across multiple school sites Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within educational teams Familiarity with school-based occupational therapy standards and best practices Location: Prior Lake, Minnesota, serving two school sites within the district Benefits and perks: Full-time contract for the entire 2025-2026 school year, providing stability and consistency Opportunity to impact a broad range of students in a dynamic educational environment Collaborative work culture with supportive staff and administration Qualified professionals with a passion for school-based occupational therapy are encouraged to apply to contribute to student success and well-being throughout the school year.
