Required Skills: Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Oncology (Triple Boarded) MN Medical License or IMLC Accepted for a quick start Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology Proficiency in inpatient care and taking call as needed Ability to perform malignant hematology procedures DEA certification BLS certification EMR proficiency with Epic Excellent clinical and communication skills Nice to Have Skills: Experience working in large hospital settings Prior experience with infusion coverage and hematology-specific procedures Ability to support 30-40 patients per day in a shared model Familiarity with hospital-based oncology and infusion center protocols Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Triple Board Certification (Internal Medicine, Hematology, Oncology) At least 2 years of post-certification clinical experience in oncology/hematology Other Requirements: Minnesota medical license or IMLC acceptance Ability to obtain emergency privileges if credentialing takes up to 90 days Willingness to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with occasional on-call duties Support from Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) during regular hours; call coverage during evenings and weekends This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $463.13, with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, licensure and certification reimbursements, and an appealing referral bonus program.
