Qualifications/Experience: Minimum age: 16 years old High School Diploma/GED preferred Successful DCYF background check required Preschool and School age classroom experience preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed: General knowledge of childcare practices and techniques, general knowledge of children’s developmental and social growth expectations and needs, ability to work with preschool and school age children. Exemplifies the following Five Character Traits: compassion, respect, responsibility, self discipline and honesty. Specific Tasks: Support to classroom staff as needed. Hours Per Day: 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. - shifts vary As per Terms and Conditions Employees receive a 40% discount on Adventure Center programming for their own children while working at Adventure Center.
