Youre a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and eager to help others on their wellness journey. What Youll Do Be the first point of contact: Greet clients, answer questions, and ensure a seamless check-in experience. Educate & recommend: Share the benefits of our IV therapy and wellness services, helping clients select the best options for their needs. Promote memberships & services: Offer retail products and cross-sell services to enhance the client experience. Facilitate client onboarding: Ensure all new clients complete required waivers, agreements, and profiles for a smooth and professional introduction to our services. Support sales & operations: Play a key role in driving store performance by assisting with sales, tracking key metrics, and maintaining operational efficiency. Administer non-medical wellness services: Provide and oversee non-medical treatments to enhance the client experience. Deliver an exceptional customer experience: Build lasting client relationships and create a welcoming, engaging environment. Engage in community outreach: Assist in lead generation, attend community events, contribute to social media efforts, and serve as a brand ambassador to strengthen local partnerships. Maintain a safe and inviting space: Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all wellness and safety protocols.
