What You’ll Be Doing You’ll get paid to learn and grow while doing work that feels rewarding and active: Assemble parts using basic hand and power tools Follow clear instructions and simple blueprints Help build cooling systems that support major tech equipment Learn new skills like brazing, grinding, and pipe assembly (full training provided) Work independently at times and collaborate with your team when needed This is real, hands?on mechanical work — perfect for builders, tinkerers, and anyone who likes staying busy. ?? Shifts & Pay 1st Shift: 7:00am–3:30pm 2nd Shift: 3:00pm–11:30pm 3rd shift: 11:00pm-7:30am WEEKEND DAY AND WEEKEND NIGHT SHIFT (More skilled machine inspectors experience pay $30hr) Overtime available and required — great for boosting your paycheck Who Thrives in This Role This job is ideal for people who: Enjoy hands?on, physical work Have used hand or power tools (even casually) Want to break into manufacturing Can stand for most of the shift Have some assembly or production experience — even a few months helps If you’re reliable, willing to learn, and like building things, you’ll fit right in. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.82 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
