Volt is immediately hiring a Group Lead in Minnetonka, Minnesota

As a Group Lead you will:
Overseeing 20-25 operators on a production line
Giving work instructions, making sure they are following SOPs, training, meeting day-to-day expectations, working close with supervisors to provide feedback, and providing updates on Escalating production issues (machine, product, headcount, etc.)


The ideal candidate will have:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2+ years' experience required as group leader
Windchill experience highly preferred
Printing production paperwork, staging line
Med device experience highly preferred
Cleanroom experience highly preferred
Strong communication skills


Schedule:
1st Shift: 4 - 10-hour shifts 05:00 AM - 03:30 PM Mon - Thru

Pay Rate: $24.36 - $25.36/hr
