You'll work closely with Communications & Brand stakeholders to produce unique, strategic and technically sound visual creative that meet functional business needs and enterprise brand requirements, ultimately contributing to driving brand awareness, trust and advocacy among internal and external stakeholders.
This is a first shift, full time, remote position expected to last 12 months. Potential range of pay is $55.00 - $57.00 per hour. *Pay rate offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
Key responsibilities:

Video editing (50% of role)
Edit and assemble video footage (raw, stock, previously produced), audio and graphics to create polished, high-quality, on-brand videos for a variety of internal and external platforms.
Collaborate with communicators to understand project goals and deliver videos that meet creative standards.
Ensure all video content is on-brand, consistent and adheres to company guidelines.
Manage video files, ensuring proper organization and storage.
Implement feedback and revisions in a timely manner to meet project deadlines.
Stay current with video editing trends, software and best practices to continuously improve content quality.
Create motion graphics and manage sound design and basic color grading to enhance video content.
Assist in managing video production schedules and deadlines.


Visual creative (50% of role)

Use Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Illustrator/Photoshop) and related desktop publishing software and tools to produce finished commercial artwork for internal and external programs. Examples include, but are not limited to: PowerPoint decks, email banners, event design concepts, digital ads, etc.
Produce visual deliverables consistent with plan objectives and strategies with limited supervision.
Maintain expert knowledge of corporate visual identity guidelines, ensuring accurate implementation in each design.


Qualifications:
9+ years of proven experience as a video editor and digital and print designer
OR
a Bachelor's degree or higher, plus 5-7 years' work experience.
A digital and print design portfolio is required for consideration, demonstrating previous work across mediums.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative suite and Microsoft PPT.
Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar tools.
Produce motion graphics based off established guidelines and templates.
Strong knowledge of video formats, codecs and resolutions for various platforms.
Attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, including potential nights and weekends (up to 25% of the time) to meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Knowledge of current video trends, styles and digital media landscape.
Understanding of video accessibility requirements and ability to create and/or manage the creation of accessibility files.
Familiarity with social media platforms, their video specifications and audience engagement techniques.


Preferred qualifications
Experience in motion graphics, color grading and audio editing.
Experience with cinematography, video production or camera operation.
