Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (2nd Shift) to supervise the skilled mechanics and electricians to efficiently operate packaging lines and responsible for anticipating and communicating relevant issues to the Maintenance Manager.This job will have the following responsibilities:Supports Maintenance in accomplishing the production needs within safety, quality, budgetary and regulatory guidelinesPlans and implements operational and mechanical improvements.Assesses, analyzes, troubleshoots and determines solutions to mechanical problems, to support productivity of Maintenance Technicians.Contributes to the planning and evaluation of line changes.Provides direction to the installation and modification of equipment. Provides instruction and technical training to Maintenance Technicians, Machinists, mechanics and operators on equipment,Ensure equipment is set up, installed and maintained in such a manner that results in complete compliance with package specifications.Maintains supplies for the Maintenance DepartmentQualifications & Requirements:2+ years of Maintenance Supervisor experience in High Speed Food / Beverage / CPG Manufacturing environment.Open to 2nd shiftExperience designing and/or implementing OSHA, HACCP, standardsProficient with CMMS & executing PM programsFamiliar with beverage processing and its associated equipmentKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
