Job Description:

Seasonal - Production Assemblers Hearth & Home Technologies is immediately hiring seasonal members for our seasonal program lasting approximately 5 months. These roles are eligible for a completion bonus of $1,000 at the end of the season. Details:

• Located in: Lake City, MN
• Pay: $22.00 per hour
  • Shift Differential: $2.00 per hour (2 nd Shift)
  • Shift Details:
    • 1 st Shift : 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Core Hours)
    • 2 nd Shift : 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM (Core Hours)
      • 4 x 10 Schedule (Monday - Thursday)
      • OT as needed on Fridays
      • NO Weekends
      • Anticipated Season: May - September
      • Completion Bonus: $1,000
        • Eligible with successful completion of season
        • On-the-Job training will be provided Assembler Duties & Responsibilities:
          • Assembly line & work cell positions
          • Using small hand & power tools
          • Operating small machines
          • Job rotation
          • Testing and packaging of finished goods
          • Forming of various metals Our Production Assemblers are responsible for preparing and constructing Hearth & Home Technologies' industry-leading fireplaces, stoves, and hearth products. Requirements:
            • Must be 18 years old to apply
            • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
            • Ability to be on feet for extended periods of time
            • Working with hands & finger dexterity
            • Wearing proper PPE & practicing safe work habits
