Your ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and meet sales goals will directly impact our success.
  Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & Communication - Build strong relationships with distribution partners through outbound calls, follow-ups, and responsive support via phone and email.
  Sales Execution & Lead Development - Identify customer needs, qualify leads, recommend solutions, and close sales to meet or exceed individual targets.
  Product Knowledge & Presentation - Stay informed on product features and updates to confidently explain and present solutions that meet customer needs.
  CRM & Sales Process Management - Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and support an organized, efficient sales workflow from lead to close.
  Requirements: What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year of experience in inside sales, outbound calling, or a related customer-facing sales role (preferred)
  • Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field-or equivalent experience (preferred)
  • Experience in a manufacturing or technical sales environment (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent phone presence and a customer service mindset
  • Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
